The parking situation was a major issue. the hotel claimed to offer parking. upon arrival, i learned there was none available. this caused unnecessary stress and extra expenses as i had to find alternative parking. also, the staff lacked warmth. There were no cute gestures, and interactions felt transactional.

i am happy with my stay. staff assisted me quickly. they were polite and always ready to help. the chef was very accommodating with last minute requests.

I found street parking since hotel parking was full. This was a bit concerning on a busy saturday night.

Staff went over and above to ensure i was looked after. merylin was really good. the staff assistance using the elevator was appreciated. The staff were very obliging.

the spacious room included a balcony. it was acceptable.

the parking situation was less than ideal. expedia members can't reserve parking through the app. it operates on a first-come, first-served basis, which isn't great when you expect a spot.
