The hotel was exactly what I wanted, really comfy and easy to relax in. The ensuite was accessible with grab rails and a rubber floor, making it convenient for those needing extra assistance. The service was nice, with comfortable and clean rooms, though there were instances of nervous and pushy behavior from the staff. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to bars and restaurants in central Dunedin. The dining experience was good but could have been improved with better service and timely delivery. Overall, a great stay for relaxation and convenience.
My stay at the hotel was excellent. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a great bed and lovely spacious layout. The staff was friendly and accommodating, although there was a small mishap with the cleaners entering the room unexpectedly. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and public transport. The dining experience was nice, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for money.
The hotel room was spacious and set up perfectly for our family of 5, but unfortunately, it didn't come with a microwave to heat our own meals. Despite the warm temperature even with the aircon on full blast, the balcony overlooking the waterfront was a nice touch.
